RareTake Tees is operated by R&C Capital Management LLC, doing business as RareTake Tees. Questions about an order or these terms can be sent to hello@raretaketees.com.

Before paying, review the product/design, selected size and color, delivery details, item price, shipping, applicable tax and total. Prices are in U.S. dollars. The displayed checkout total, rather than an internal supplier-cost estimate, is the amount presented for your approval. Any future promotion must state its own terms; no signup discount is promised by these terms.

Products are made to order. Product pages and order selections identify the item being purchased. Screen colors and illustrative mockups may differ from the physical result, but this does not excuse supplying a wrong, materially misdescribed or defective product.

Our Shipping & Order Changes and Returns & Refunds policies explain ordinary requests, delivery issues and remedies. Our Privacy Policy explains the handling of personal information. These policies are available before purchase and the version applicable when an order is placed governs that order, except where the law requires otherwise. Subsequent revisions are not used to reduce an existing order's rights.

Provide accurate order and contact information and use a payment method you are authorized to use. If an item becomes unavailable or a material listing error is discovered, we will contact you and will not impose a higher price, materially different item or new charge without your agreement. If we cannot fulfill an order, the required refund will be issued.

These terms do not waive rights that cannot lawfully be waived. Contact us first if you need help; this does not prevent you from exercising available legal rights.
